The only good thing about summer migraines...

...is that it's not quite so ridiculous to spend a whole day wearing ice on one's neck as it is in the winter.

Hope the ice helped! Migraines are such a bummer. I enjoyed a blissful 6 months without them while nursing my current baby, but baby is sleeping through the night now, and migraines (along with other causes of suffering) are now back again.

Sorry to hear about the migraine.

Hope you feel better soon, Erin. Elizabeth B you might look into natural Progesterone cream supplementation; that works for me sometimes. I've found that I'm migraine free during my last trimesters. Now I'm getting them once a week.

Try Naprotechnology/Creighton model. Go to fertilitycare.org at the Pope Paul VI institute for more information, as well as to find a trained medical consultant and practitioner.
